What this app is

SpaceLeads Video Attribution Console is attribution software used by authorized SpaceLeads agency operators and workspace members to measure how YouTube videos drive tracked link clicks, form submissions, and booked sales calls.

Google / YouTube data we access

When an agency operator connects a YouTube channel they manage, the app requests read access to that channel's videos and analytics (views), and permission to update video descriptions and post comments on the operator's behalf. We use this strictly to:

• list the channel's uploaded videos and their view counts;
• read per-day view statistics via the YouTube Analytics API;
• add a tracked link to a video's description or first comment when the operator explicitly chooses to.

The app's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We never sell this data or use it for advertising.

Tokens & secrets

OAuth refresh tokens and third-party API keys are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) and are never logged or shown in the interface. They are used only to make the API calls described above.

Click & booking data

When someone clicks a tracked link, we log the event to attribute it to a video. We do not store raw IP addresses - an IP is combined with a daily-rotating salt and one-way hashed solely to estimate unique clicks. When a booking or form opt-in is received from a connected scheduling or form tool, we store the person's name, event details, and the answers they gave to that tool's intake or survey questions, so the operator can see the context of the enquiry. Their email is stored only as a one-way hash. Answers are shown only to members of the workspace that owns the channel, and may contain whatever the person chose to type, so operators should avoid asking for sensitive information in those questions.

Data sharing & retention

Data is not shared with third parties. It is retained only as long as needed for attribution reporting. A connected channel can be disconnected at any time, and an operator may request deletion of their data by contacting the agency administrator.
