Reading Your VidWorth Dashboard: Views, Clicks, Leads, Bookings, Revenue Explained
Sep 6, 2026 · by Omar adel
A field-by-field walkthrough of what each number on the VidWorth dashboard actually means, and where it sits in the path from a view to cash collected.
The VidWorth dashboard shows nine numbers per video. Here's what each one actually measures and where it sits in the chain.
Views — how many times the video was watched, pulled from connected YouTube channel and video data.
Unique clicks — how many distinct people clicked the video's tracked link.
CTR (click-through rate) — unique clicks divided by views; how much of the audience acted on the link.
Leads — how many clicks turned into a captured lead (an opt-in, a form submission) at a connected destination.
Booked calls — how many of those leads (or direct clicks) turned into a scheduled call.
Booking rate — booked calls divided by clicks or leads, depending on your funnel shape; the step-by-step conversion rate.
Sales — how many booked calls or leads closed into a paying customer.
Cash collected — actual dollars received, not just a signed agreement or invoiced amount.
Revenue — the total attributable revenue tied back to that video across every connected conversion source.
Why this matters more than raw view count: a video with fewer views but a higher booking rate and more cash collected is doing more for the business than a high-view video that produces nothing downstream. Ranking videos by revenue instead of views is the entire point of tracking this chain.
Quick answers
Why would clicks be higher than leads? Not every click completes a form or opt-in — some people click, look, and leave. That drop-off is worth watching per video.
Can a video show sales with zero recorded leads? Yes, if the destination captures a sale directly (a checkout page) without a separate lead-capture step in between.
Does "revenue" include cash that hasn't been collected yet? No — cash collected and revenue should be read as distinct from a signed-but-unpaid deal; check your specific connected revenue source for how it defines a closed sale.
